“Single Origin” may sound fancy, but it simply means that these coffees come from one specific region or country. If blended coffees (like our Signature Coffees) are a full band, then the single origin coffees are solo artists. Both are great in their own rights. Give them a try. They’re amazing!
The South American country of Colombia produces some of the most popular coffee in the world, and it’s for good reason. Colombian coffee is well balanced and very smooth. This particular crop of Colombian coffee we sourced is from the region of Antioquia, the second largest coffee region in Colombia. We roast it to a medium-dark roast, where we feel it really shines. You’ll get big notes of chocolate and toasted walnut, making it a great everyday coffee. You’ve probably had a great cup of coffee before, and didn’t even know it was Colombian.
