This coffee really is something special. The farm that this coffee was sourced from only produces about 1,000 burlap bags per year, and we’ve managed to get our hands on some. Costa Rica produces some wonderful coffee with its high altitude and near perfect growing environment. We roast this to a light medium to highlight its notes of raw honey, maple, and chocolate. This coffee is so wonderfully balanced and overall terrific!
